Fight The Foot

This is one movie i am really anticipating. It's the ninja turtles with a little bit of a darker twist to it. This movie is going to be more based on the comic book rather than the cartoon. The movie is sadly being done by Michael Bay who i feel couldn't direct his way out of a paper bag. I will post why I feel he is a terrible director in a future post. but otherwise please enjoy this clip from what hopes to be a darker and edgier ninja turtles.

Movie Madness

This is going to be something I try to do as often as i can. Good Will Hunting is one of my all time favorite movies and this is a very powerful scene and really shows some depth to Robin Williams. For the first time in this movie you see Will Hunting(Matt Damon) vulnerable. THIS IS A MUST SEE MOVIE!!

Retail woes

Ok I work for a pretty good company that gives all managers a chance to impact the business the way they see fit. This gives me a lot of freedom which is more than I can say for my previous mangerial employeement. I worked at Abercrombie and fitch for the better part of three years and after a year of working there I hated it. I didn't quit because well recession and I was to scared to look for another job. But I digress the reason I am ranting today is because when people shop in general they make it seem like their time is so precious. If you come to the mall meaning you park in a parking lot walk through the building full of a bunch of charming wonderfully well placed stands and shops. If you go through all this you can wait to be helped and don't have to be snappy. And does the word "clearance" mean "destroy" in another language. Cmon people it's not that hard to be neat and clean. Anyway that's all I really wanted to talk about. Until next time. ( working on a nice sign off) *it's a work in progress.

So while sitting and reading "The Lost Hero" by Rick Riordin( which is an amazing read and lives up to all of his wonderful books so far) I was thing how great it would be to write a book. The more I thought about it the harder it seemed to get. Coming up with ideas plots characters, backgrounds, cities or entire worlds. I give respect to anyone with the ability to accomplish this. It is an amazing accomplishment and best seller or not just to be published is amazing.
Also if you are into Greek and roman mythology I reccomend you pick up a Rick riordin book. It will blow your mind and keep you on the edgy of your seat.

for starters

ok so this is the first post of my new and improved blog. I have nothing much to vent about right other than the fact everyone is jumping on the damn steelers bandwaggon. why can't anyone stay faithful to a team. i have been a San Fransico fan my whole life and i will never waiver from that. I guess everyone likes a winner, which is a sad thing because you will never really get to expierence a championship like some of these die hard fan base cities. Example: Saints 2010. Redsox 2004. Cubs well if they ever win one.
I don't I guess i'd just like to see more loyalty to a team.
